2. Single-component use, can achieve very good bonding strength and excellent water resistance.

Uses: 1109 can be used for: solid wood jigsaw; veneer, 60～110℃, hot pressing for 2～10 minutes to achieve good bonding strength, moisture resistance and cold resistance; it can also be used for tooth splicing.

Instructions:

1. Pretreatment of glued materials;

(1) The moisture content should be adjusted to 10±2%;

(2) No scars, no cracks, no oil stains, no grease, etc.;

(3) The surface is planed or sanded, and the thickness deviation is less than 0.1mm.

2. Pressurization:

Different materials need to adjust the pressing time and pressure under different operating temperatures. The pressurization time is generally not less than 1 hour, and the pressure is not less than 1.0MPa. When pressurizing, if it can be heated, the effect will be better, and the pressurizing time will be greatly shortened.
