characteristic:

1. Optimize the formula composition, the main raw materials are imported from abroad and made by special technology.

2. Two-component use, good water resistance and bonding strength, water resistance and high temperature baking, and good solvent resistance.

Uses: Two-component solid wood cold-pressed splicing board, the usage method is shown below.

Instructions:

1. Pretreatment of glued materials;

(1) The moisture content should be adjusted to 10±2%;

(2) No scars, no cracks, no oil stains, no grease, etc.;

(3) The surface is planed or sanded, and the thickness deviation is less than 0.1mm.

2. The deployment of adhesives:

(1) The ratio of main agent to crosslinking agent is 100:10～15;

(2) Mix the main agent and the cross-linking agent in proportion and stir for 3 to 5 minutes until uniform;

(3) The use time of the formulated glue is 1 hour, and half an hour is recommended;

3. Pressurization: Different materials need to adjust the pressurization time and pressure at different operating temperatures. The pressurization time is generally not less than 1 hour, and the pressure is not less than 1.0MPa.
