Storage and transportation requirements
The container containing the pasting glue must be tightly closed to prevent the surface of the pasting glue from drying out and being contaminated. It should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, protected from direct sunlight, transported and stored above 5°C, and the validity period is half a year.
Instructions for use
1. Do not mix with other adhesives for use. It is recommended that the product use and health preservation environment ≥10℃.
2. The adhesive has initial tack within 20 minutes after the gluing machine is gluing. However, the length of time the initial tack is displayed is related to the thickness of the glue, the ambient temperature, the humidity, the thickness of the paper, and the water absorption of the cardboard or fiberboard. When in use, the operation plan can be made according to the actual situation (adjust the thickness of the glue according to the thickness of the paper, water absorption, bonding time, grasp the open time, the pressing force of the edge, etc.).
3. If the viscosity is too high during use, add a small amount of water to dilute the viscosity. It can be used after confirming that it is qualified.
4. Brush or roller sizing is possible.
5. Stir evenly when using.
Precautions
1. This product cannot be mixed with other glues. If delamination is found, stop using it.
2, this strain is a non-structural adhesive and is not suitable for occasions with excessive stress.
3. Sealed storage is required, stored in a cool and dry place within 0-40℃.
